Daily data backup for protection of your data.

Silver Level

All services available in Bronze Level, plus:

Follow-up of pending and unpaid claims and rebilling the insurance company or billing patients.

Generate Quarterly Aging Reports.

Gold Level

All services available in Silver level, plus:

Superbill design.

Superbill verification and yearly updates.

Collection process, including pre-collection letters generation and a liaison with collection agency.

Training Services

We provide personalized training for your staff as needed to streamline your office operation to facilitate electronic billing. (half day minimum)
